Sharon Beesley has served as a director since October 2021. Ms. Beesley is the founder of the BeesMont Group and serves as both the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Partner of BeesMont Law Limited. She also serves as Chief Executive Officer of BeesMont Consultancy Limited. Ms. Beesley is also currently a Director of the Board of the Bermuda Monetary Authority and is a member of the BSX Listing Committee.
