The policy of Enstar Group Limited (“Enstar”) is to respect and protect the privacy of our website visitors and users. To fulfill this policy, Enstar agrees to exercise the precautions set forth in this written policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by you in connection with accessing and using Enstar website (www.enstargroup.com or the “Site”). This Privacy Policy sets forth Enstar’s current policies and practices with respect to nonpublic personally identifiable information of the users of the Site.

Collection of Information. Enstar uses the Site to provide information about the company and to enable you to request certain Enstar publications, including news, annual reports, proxy statements and shareholders’ letters (the “Enstar Materials”). Disclosure of Information. You agree that Enstar may share your Personal Information with third parties in one or more of the following circumstances: (1) we have your express written consent to share the information or (2) we find that your actions on the Site violate any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services. Enstar may provide aggregate statistics about users, traffic patterns and other information to third parties, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information. Finally, Enstar may disclose your Personal Information in the following circumstances: (1) when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the rights of Enstar or to anyone that could be harmed by such activities; (2) when we believe in good faith that the law requires it; (3) to our affiliates or related companies or to any third party that may acquire Enstar; (4) in situations involving threats to the physical safety of any person; or (5) to protect and defend the rights or property of Enstar, the site or the users of Enstar services.
